Returns and Exchanges
For sanitary reasons returns and exchanges are not allowed.
Please be sure to measure for the appropriate fit.
Once an item is delivered we are unable to resell to customers.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
If your package says "DELIVERED" but you did not receive your package, please notify us after 24 hours and within 7 days and contact your local post office or UPS to see if your package is being held.
In most cases, the carrier has marked your package delivered too early and it ends up being delivered within 24 hours.
If you consider your package lost or stolen, please email us right away.
We can provide you with all of the information we have to help you locate your package, including: tracking number, ship date and last known location.Â
Charmbox will NOT contact any parcel service on your behalf. When the package leaves our facility, the customer assumes all responsibility for the package.
Charmbox is NOT responsible for the refund or re-ship costs of any packages due to the following circumstances:Â
- held or returned packages due to incorrect address or undeliverable.
- shipments lost at any point in the parcel process.Â
- shipments stolen at any point in the parcel process.

We offer Route shipping protection at checkout for a small percentage of your order total.
All claims are handled with Route.
By turning off Route package protection your package is not covered and we are not liable for your package once it leaves us.
We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery of any defective jewelry issues (ex: broken clasp, missing/loose gems, etc).
A replacement of the exact item will be sent or store credit will be given (based on our discretion) upon the return of the defective item.
