Returns and Exchanges:

Lost or Undelivered Packages:

  • "DELIVERED" Package Issue: If your package status shows as "DELIVERED" but you haven't received it, please notify us after 24 hours and within 7 days. Additionally, contact your local post office or UPS to check if your package is being held.

  • Common Issue: Many carriers may mark a package as delivered prematurely, and it may arrive within 24 hours.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If you suspect your package is lost or stolen, please email us immediately. We can provide you with all available information, including the tracking number, ship date, and last known location.

Customer Responsibility and Shipping Protection:

  • Responsibility: Please be aware that once the package leaves our facility, the customer assumes full responsibility for it.

  • Not Covered Circumstances: We are not responsible for refund or re-ship costs for packages due to circumstances such as incorrect addresses, undeliverable addresses, shipments lost at any point in the parcel process, or shipments stolen at any point in the parcel process.

  • Route Shipping Protection: We offer Route shipping protection during checkout for a small percentage of your order total. All claims related to lost, stolen, or damaged packages are handled through Route.

  • Package Liability: By opting out of Route package protection, your package is not covered, and we are not liable for it once it leaves our facility.

Defective Jewelry Issues:

  • Timely Notification: If you encounter any defective jewelry issues, such as a broken clasp or missing/loose gems, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Resolution: We will provide a replacement of the exact item or store credit (based on our discretion) upon the return of the defective item.
