- Please note that overnight shipping and two day shipping does not include the custom order processing time and will not speed the shipment of items that ship in 5-7 business days. Once the items are ready to ship we then use your selected delivery method.
- All items are shipped together regardless of processing time. Please place separate orders if you would like your same day or 5-7 day items shipped as they are ready.
- All items are shipped via USPS first class mail at no charge. Shipping upgrades are optional at checkout.
- LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We offer Route shipping protection at checkout for a small percentage of your order total. All claims are handled with Route. By turning off Route package protection your package is not covered and we are not liable for your package once it leaves us.
- ORDER ISSUES/RETURNS&EXCHANGES
- We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery of any defective jewelry issues (ex: broken clasp, missing/loose gems, missing items, etc).
- Returns and Exchanges not allowed. Due to sanitary issues we are not allowed to resell delivered items. Please measure for the appropriate fit.
